About Mireia Sabater

Mireia began her yoga journey in India in 2016 alongside Gisele, an experience that profoundly shaped their path both personally and professionally. What began as exploration evolved into a lifelong commitment to discipline, growth and transformation.

Rooted in Ashtanga Yoga, Mireia brings extensive experience and a strong technical foundation to her teaching. She specialises in handstands and strength-based progressions, guiding students with precision, intelligence and confidence-building methodology.

With years of teaching, leading retreats and mentoring practitioners worldwide, she has developed a structured and empowering approach that makes advanced practices accessible and safe.

Together with Gisele, she co-founded Wild Escapes Yoga, creating transformative international retreats and trainings grounded in Ashtanga and Rocket® Yoga.

Mireia teaches with clarity, depth and integrity, empowering students to expand their physical capacity, mental resilience and personal vision both on and off the mat

About Gisele Cabasa

Gisele is a passionate yoga teacher based in Melbourne, dedicated to helping students build confidence, strength, and self-awareness through yoga. With thousands hours of training across Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Rocket®️ Yoga, she is the only certified Rocket®️ Yoga trainer in Australia.

Her journey into yoga began in 2016 after a transformative trip to India, where she discovered the deep physical and spiritual benefits of the practice. Since then, she has taught internationally and led the Melbourne Rocket®️ crew with a strong focus on growth, curiosity, and self-exploration. She has built and continues to hold a strong, connected Rocket®️ community in Melbourne.

In 2025, Gisele successfully ran the first ever Rocket®️ Yoga Teacher Training in Australia. Her teaching style is playful, dynamic, and rooted in traditional yoga, while encouraging students to step outside their comfort zones both on and off the mat.

Alongside Mireia, Gisele runs retreats around the world, bringing people together in inspiring locations to reconnect with themselves, their practice, and a supportive community.

A direct student of David Kyle, she continues to refine her teaching through ongoing training and believes yoga is a powerful tool for transformation—supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
